Appraiser only obligated to respond to the client, which is Reels. Lender is not to have direct contact with appraiser. Appraiser followed rules.

My home appraisal was totally off by Rels Valuation. She didn't even come inside to see any of my home improvements! I'm stating on any further re-fi loans not to use them or I'll look elsewhere!
